Holly Jolly...A new Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge

Happy Monday! I am starting to feel the "Holiday Crunch." I know that I don't have time for everything on my to-do list, but I still have time for a bit of "Holly Jolly Stamping!" for this week's Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge.

This week we are have a "Holly Jolly Stamping" Challenge.

Every year I have a huge list of projects that I'd like to complete before Christmas, and this year is no exception. I've been very ill the past few months and that has made it even harder to get things accomplished. But I have made time to complete some smaller projects like tags.

We have a "peek-er" in our family, (cough-Benn-cough) so when I saw this stamp, I new that I'd have to make some tags. The tags are made from old book pages and the mittens are cut by hand. The silver foliage is actually the negative space from the leaves in the Maggie Holmes dies.

No peeking!!

We would love for you to play along. Create some "Holly Jolly Stamping"and link your holiday project to the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge. You could win a $50 gift voucher to Simon Says Stamp. We draw a new winner each week!

Your project could also be chosen for our designer spotlight. It's nice to get some recognition.
You deserve it!

  8. This is so flippin' cute, Michelle! I love how you're always so innovative in your ideas. The color palette is dreamy and I thought it was so clever of you to use layers of rectangles to make the mitten cuff. Dig those curly-cues at the bottom and thought it was brilliant to use the negative die leftovers for the foliage. I'm so sorry you've been ill and hope this season brings you some time to recover. The good news is that you are still totally incredible with your creations even if you aren't feeling well!
