When I think of "Winter", I think of curling up with a warm blanket and a good book as the snow falls outside. We are sharing our "Winter" ideas for the
Simon Says Stamp Monday challenge. Because of the holidays, we won't be having a challenge this week. It is our hope that you'll be inspired by what the design team has created for you.
There's a small voice in the back of my head that says, "Winter is Coming." So, as I anxiously await for the new season of HBO's Game of Thrones, I revisit the Stark family in the pages of George R.R. Martin's thrilling epic saga with my new Winter themed bookmark.
Vellum snowflakes surround a Hero Arts stamped image. Look closely. It could be a Weirwood tree! A Tim Holtz ticket and Simon exclusive die cut tree embellish my project. Be sure to visit the
Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge blog to see what some of my fellow design team members have created to inspire your Winter projects.
Happy Stamping and Happy Holidays!

ReplyDeleteSuch a lovely book mark; makes me want to pull out a couple good mysteries, curl up on the couch and disappear into another world for a bit. Fabulous details! Hope your Christmas was ever so merry, and you enjoy some well-deserved relaxing time over the next few days!c
ReplyDeleteMichelle...your book mark/tag is so pretty. I love the colors and the design using the white silhouette tree against the dark brown background and the black die cut tree in the foreground. Very cool! I also like the cross stitching on either side. It's a really pretty book mark...too pretty to leave in a closed book! I hope you had a Merry Christmas and best wishes for a wonderful 2014. <3 Candy
