If I may be so bold....

Bold!
We're taught never to mix our stamp pad inks, right? It's stamping 101.  But one day, I was playing with the inks and accidentally forgot to clean off my stamp before switching inks. I liked the look and continued mixing them. Bold move? Oh yes!

Although I do not recommend doing this, I liked where it lead me. I felt like an alchemist! I created a wonderful aged metallic with a fabulous sheen that refuses to photograph well..

I'm celebrating the Bold! And these paper prize ribbons are just what I needed!

Now it's your turn! Whether it be a bold stamp, a bold color, or maybe a bold move. Be Bold!
Join us this week at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog and your project could win a $50 gift voucher to Simon Says Stamp.  We draw a new winner each week. Your project could also be chosen to be featured in our weekly designer spotlight.

  18. Oh you little rebel! Love that you did the unthinkable with mixing ink like that! And I always enjoy seeing the different products you use. Seems like you're constantly finding ways to use cool products in inspiring ways. Several times I've bought a certain product solely because of the innovative way you've used it. So thanks for inspiring me and for helping me find more reasons to buy things! ;)
