Favorite Fall Things: Eileen Hull's Sizzix Art With Heart Challenge

The season is changing and I'm excited about my "Favorite Fall Things."
As you know, each month I participate in the Art With Heart Challenge with Eileen Hull. Eileen has designed beautiful lines of Sizzix dies and Folders that can used for any occasion. This month, the theme is "Favorite Fall Things".

One of my Fall Favorites is to watch the leaves change colors. Before the gorgeous reds and oranges make their seasonal debut, there's a wonderful array of greens and golds and that's what I attempted to capture with my colorblocked Artist Trading Blocks.

My blocks were created from matboard and painted with the DecoArt Media line of Paints and Mediums. Wood veneer leaves were given fun and easy blocks of color. The Small Spinning Circle stamp is from 100 Proof Press. It stamped beautifully with the fluid acrylic paint. The pinecone, found on a nature walk, was also painted the paints.I was pleased that the Metallic Gold covered wonderfully with just one coat.

Autumn is a festival of colors and textures. It wouldn't be a festival without a festive banner or two! Luckily, Eileen has dies for that as well. :)

3.When linking up your project please include a direct link to your post.
4.You are not required to use Eileen Hull Products in your projects.  However, those who do use Eileen Hull products will be given two entries into the prize draw.
