Box Cards

I haven't been making cards as much as I used to. I prefer creating 3-D crafts, but sometimes you really need a card! Box cards are a great way to send a 3-D project through the mail because they fold flat and have a certain "Wow!" factor when they are popped up. I have made a few box cards recently and I would like to share a couple of them here today.
The first card was created using my Silhouette Cameo and SVG cut files from Lori Whitlock. She sells her files from the Silhouette Design Store as well as from her own website at Lori Whitlock. I used my white Coconut Colorbox Ink Blends pigment ink around the edges of the pieces. I love inking with white when I use soft colors because it creates a worn, watercolor look that is quite pretty.  The sentiment is stamped with an older Studio Calico stamp.

My son, who lives local, just celebrated his 27th birthday. This seems impossible to me because he's still my baby. :) He is a Sommelier and a Bartender so this easy to make 6-pack box card was well received.
I created it with my Silhouette and SVG files from SVGcuts. I'm going to link this to the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge "Make It Masculine". I haven't done a challenge in over a year!

Have a creative day!
