Today is Monday! That means that there's a new challenge at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog. This week's theme is "Ode to Sunshine". My project was inspired by sweet memories of hanging the laundry out to dry on beautiful sunny days.
This project was so much fun to create. I began with an old, shallow cigar box and blue acrylic paint. The clouds were stamped in distress ink and cut into squares. The canvas dress was painted and stamped. A paper pinafore was made with Crate Papers DIY 6x6 pad. And some of my Grandmothers old clothespins were used to hold the clothesline. Grandma would've liked that. :)
This lady thinks laundry is fun no matter what the weather's like. No, wait....Is that a glass of wine that she's holding? Oh...nevermind. ;)
