For this page, I made most of my own embellishments. Where's the journaling? On the back! I've been doing this recently to keep the page cleaner. I kinda like it.
The shamrock was created with the hearts from a Dina Wakely stamp set. Truthfully, these stamps have been on my craft table since Valentines Day. I really need to clean it off more often!

I love this humorous journal page with the clever idea of lucky dog! The clover form the heart is brilliant and looks beautiful with that metal stem. Fantastic layout. I am going to try this size page as well.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! LOVING the shamrock and that photo!!!!!

ReplyDeleteHi Michelle,
ReplyDeleteOhhh so cool to do your journalling on the back! I love the vintage photo, I think they are cool. I often go back to mine and see whats in the BACKGROUND - we sometimes find new little nuggets of history doing this.
I think your page is faboo!
Love your beautiful layout, Michelle. The photo is so cute. :)
ReplyDeleteSo pretty this page, Michelle! Love the picture!
ReplyDeleteThis is so incredibly clever! I always love your vibe and how you celebrate everyday moments. That photo is so loveable! And I really like how you included whimsical elements like the curly-cue wire. I also love, love, LOVE how you used the "lucky" sentiment and gave it a grungy feel. Your work is always so refreshing and I thoroughly enjoyed this!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to journal on the back! Like the size too. Little dog looks like mine😊

ReplyDeletegorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThis is super fun! I assume the puppy's name is in the title? I think I could actually make a go with scrapbooking using this smaller format and the idea of writing on the back. Thanks for the inspiration.
ReplyDeleteSuch a cute and fun page and a fabulous use of the stamps ~ wonderful inspiration, as always Michelle! :)
