Echo Park Paper "Let's Travel" Travel Totes

Hello! Thank you for visiting my blog! Today I would like to share some personal insights on a project that I made that first appeared on the Echo Park Blog last week.

I made this sweet little tote with six milk cartons full of yummy treats (ie chocolate) using the Carta Bella "Let's Travel" line of papers and embellishments. I closed the cartons with clips made from felt clouds and airplanes that I fussy cut from on of the papers.
I loved this project...until I started photographing it. And here lies the problem...
Photography. I really struggle with photography. I love staging the photos, but getting crisp, clear images consistently is daunting. I have a Nikon that I got last January and I use a tripod. I use Adobe Lightroom for editing, but I still struggle. I've been watching Youtube videos and that's helped some, but there's definitely a learning curve. I'm not really complaining. I am very fortunate to be able to create with these gorgeous papers. I keep pinching myself to make sure it's not a dream! I'm sharing this personal struggle in hopes that someone has some magical photography tips that they can pass along. Any tips to share? Until then, I'll keep practicing!
But first, I think that I'm going to go and play with more of this paper!
Have a great day!
