Crepe Paper Flowers

Paper Flowers? I have heart eyes! Today I would like to share some of my recent paper flowers.

The flowers above are my version of  Chocolate Cosmos and were made using crepe paper and a tutorial at Lia Griffith.com. I love her crepe paper and I love that she sells the paper that her tutorials use, which makes it a one-stop-shop to crafty goodness!

You'll also notice that I have a new sidebar photo. This is because I have joined the Lia Griffith Crepe Paper Flower Circle. I am honored to be a part of such an extraordinary group of crafters and artisans.
Lia Griffith creates new content daily, so there's always new crafty things!

Here's some other new flowers that I've made recently. I'm calling these my "Hotel Flowers" because I made them in our hotel room on a recent vacation. I forgot to bring some of my supplies, so the centers are tinted with my eyeshadow! Yes, really.
These crepe paper flowers are a variation of some Distant Drum Roses that I made and are mentioned in a blog post in September. I used a German Doublet Crepe for the petals, which made my flowers so soft and romantic! And isn't that gold lovely? That's also crepe paper from Lia Griffith . I wish you could feel it. It's so soft that it feels like fabric.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. I have much more crafty fun scheduled for the next couple of months as well as an exciting announcement, so hit that subscribe form on the sidebar!

Thanks again!
